Editing Print Settings for the Current Purchase Order
As mentioned earlier, you may edit the default printers on which to print the
various purchase order copies for the current purchase order type by
pressing <Fields> (PF3) when the Print and update the purchase order
print option is selected. Several different copy types can be established for
each purchase order type using the PO Copy Type Preferences program. In
addition, a specific printer can be designated as the default printer each copy
type is to print on using the PO Printer by Session Preferences program.
Pressing the <Fields> (PF3) function key allows you to temporarily change
the printer used for one or more of these copies for the current purchase
order only. Refer to your System Manager’s Guide for more information
about the PO Copy Type Preferences and PO Printer by Session Preferences
programs.
Upon pressing <Fields> (PF3) with the Print and update the purchase
order print option selected, the Print Settings for this PO window opens.
This window displays the copy types that have been set to print for the
current purchase order type with print settings of A (always print) or O
(optional to print), and the default printer on which each copy is to print.
