When you are creating a purchase order for HWI, the HWI Purchase Order

window opens, allowing you to choose the HWI purchase order type and

enter a promotion code.

There are four types of HWI purchase orders, which are listed below. The

documentation you received from HWI defines these purchase order types.

Regular

•

Bulletin

•

Rale

•

Refill

For HWI sale purchase orders, you must also enter a promotion code of

exactly two characters. For HWI bulletin purchase orders, you must enter a

promotion number of exactly four characters. Do not enter a promotion code

for HWI regular or refill purchase orders. When the regular or refill electronic

POs are transmitted to HWI, the Transmit code fields will contain the

promotion code.
