When you select Enter retail price from the Line Options window, the Retail
Price window opens displaying the line number, item code, unit cost and
extended amount of the current purchase order line, and requiring you to
enter a new retail price for the item. Enter a price up to eight digits,
including up to three decimal places. If a retail price has previously been
entered for the current line, that price is displayed in this window and may be
modified.
After entering or modifying the retail price for the current purchase order
line, it is displayed in the Retail price field in the line detail window of the
current line. Pressing <Retail Price> (PF3) in this field opens the Calculate
Retail Price window which was discussed earlier in this chapter.
Line Functions
As you are entering line items on a purchase order, use the functions on the
Lines pull-down menu to navigate the Purchase Order Line screen or to
insert, cancel, or delete purchase order lines.
Your System Manager can use Security Administration to set
feature security for the Delete Line and Cancel Line features,
preventing some operators from accessing those features. Refer
to the System Manager's Guide for more information about
setting feature security.
