At the Item code field, enter the item code up to eight characters for the
item to inquire on. This must be an existing item code previously established
on your system using the Item Maintenance program in Primary File
Administration. Press <Next> (F20) to view the next item in sequence, or
press <Previous> (F19) to view the item that immediately precedes the
one displayed.
At the Location field, enter an existing location number to inquire on
information for the selected item. Your company's locations are established
when this software is installed, and they can be maintained using the
Location Maintenance program in Primary File Administration. Press <Next>
(F20) to view information for the next location in sequence, or press
<Previous> (F19) to view information for the location that immediately
precedes the one displayed.
At either of these fields, if you are unsure of the value to enter, press
<Prompt> (PF2) to look up the correct item code or location number.
The table below lists and briefly defines the information displayed for the
selected item. Refer to your Primary File Administration manual for more
information about what these fields mean.
