When you print a Pre-Purchase Order Report, it is possible to include all
pre-purchase orders that meet your criteria, regardless of their status. At
the Status option field, choose the statuses of the pre-purchase orders to
report. You may report pre-purchase orders with one, two, or all three
statuses. The default setting at this field is to include pre-purchase orders
with all three statuses.
Date Range
At the Pre-PO date from and Pre-PO date to fields, enter the range of
dates in which the pre-purchase orders were created. The date range initially
displayed on the Pre-Purchase Order Report screen always begins with the
first day of the current month and ends with the current date. You can press
<Enter> at both fields to retain the displayed date range, or another date as
long as the to date is greater than or equal to the from date. Dates must be
entered in the format MM/DD/YYYY.
Location
Enter the number of the location merchandise will be ordered for in the
Location field. The location number you enter must be the number of a
location currently on your system. Your company's locations are initially
determined upon installation of the ECS Pro system. If you are unsure of the
location number to enter, press <Prompt> (PF2) to open the Location
Selection window and choose one from those displayed.
To report pre-purchase orders for all locations, accept the default *ALL*.
Buyer Code
At the Buyer code field, enter the buyer code of the buyer who created the
pre-purchase orders to report. This must be a buyer code up to 10
characters that has previously been established on your system. If you are
unsure of the buyer code to enter, press <Prompt> (PF2) to open the
Buyer Selection window and choose one from those displayed.
To report pre-purchase orders created by all buyers, accept the default
*ALL*.
When all criteria has been selected, press <Do> to accept it and the Print
Selector opens. Refer to your ECS Pro User's Guide for information and
instructions on using the Print Selector.
