Whether you are reprinting a purchase order with a status of Accepted or
Backordered, the purchase order you are working with is saved after
accepting the current Reprint Purchase Order window, as indicated by the
following notification message: “Updating purchase order. Please wait....
This ensures that all changes you make are included on the reprinted
purchase order. Once the purchase order is saved, the Print Settings for this
PO window opens when you accept your selections in the Reprint Purchase
Order window. This window allows you to edit the default printers on which
to print each copy type for the purchase order you are reprinting only. You
can establish several different copies to be print for each purchase order type
using the PO Copy Type Preferences program. In addition, a specific printer
can be indicated as the default printer each copy type is to print on.
Information and instructions on the PO Copy Type Preferences program are
available in Chapter 12.
The Print Settings for this PO window displays the copy types that have been
established to print for the current purchase order type with print settings of
A (always print) or O (optional to print), and the default printer on which
each copy is to print.
For each copy type, you may enter a different printer on which to print for
the purchase order you are reprinting, or you may remove the displayed
printer name and choose not to print a copy type. Press <Enter> to move
from field to field. If you are unsure of a printer name to enter, press
<Prompt> (PF2) to open the Printer Selection window and choose one from
the displayed list. If you don't want to print one of these copy types, enter
*NONE* in the Printer Name column.
